Goals of the 6th I2A SIG meeting:

Kick-off the re-organized SIG's working group on agent-based data and knowledge management (ADK).
Brief update on selected latest results in R&D of information agent technology in Europe.
common session between SIG's working group on coordination of information agents (C3) and the AgentLink SIG on agent-oriented software engineering (MSEAS)
Foster relationships to and proceed with joint work among our partners in academia, industry and standardization organizations.

Attendance of this SIG meeting has to be indicated via email to and confirmed by the SIG coordinator
or the respective working group chair. If you are interested in attending the meeting please send a

including your name, exact affiliation (incl. phone, fax, email, web).

TRAVEL FUNDING

Funding is possible for up to 10 persons according to following constraints

you are actively participating in this meeting
your company, institute or university is a full member of AgentLink 2
only one person per AgentLink node participating at the meeting may be funded
final decision on funding is due to AgentLink.

The maximum support that AgentLink 2 can offer is 750,- EUR per person. All claims over this figure will be covered with 750,- EUR. AgentLink (AL) will fund a *maximum* of one person from each AL member node to attend *each* SIG meeting, provided that these people are *actively participating* (e.g. by presenting something). Note that travel support will *only* be available to AL members actively participating in the SIG: you may check the members list here

Please indicate your need to be funded by email or mail (see address above). You will be notified on acceptance or rejection of your claim for travel funding by email as soon as possible.
